Shipping 

All UK orders are sent recorded ‘signed for’ delivery. International orders will also be sent ‘International Signed For’ I aim to send all orders out within 2-4 working days upon cleared payment. If you have any questions about shipping or require combined shipping let me know and I will organise this. 
International buyers please be aware you may incur customs charges in your country. This is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

1st Class recorded delivery should take between 1 and 3 business days but please allow the statutory 30 day limit for delivery.
Orders will be acknowledged and I will confirm when your items have been posted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please feel free to ask any questions before ordering. Vintage pieces do not have ‘standard’ sizing, often clothes are very small so please check the measurements. Please contact me immediately if you are not happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

All items are described to the best of my ability providing measurements such as bust, waist, hips and length to give you as clear an idea as possible of sizing. It is advisable to then measure yourself and compare the measurements before purchasing.

These items are genuine vintage clothing. They are second hand. I always try to describe the items fully, mentioning any damage or areas of particular wear. Some of these clothes are very old and it is expected that the customer will understand that some of the clothing will have signs of wear and be very delicate.

Fine Jewellery Policies

We are happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of purchase (minus the shipping costs) provided the piece/s have not been used, they are undamaged and in their original packaging. The piece should be in the same condition as sold with no alternations.

Please contact us within two days of delivery if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.

In the event that the items have been worn or damaged or are not in their original packaging, May Cottage Prints reserves the right to re-charge to you the price of the item and all charges incurred.

These pieces are second hand and my have suffered from general ‘wear and tear’ Pieces are checked before selling them. As with all antique jewellery there will be light marks and scratches from previous wear. Antique pieces need looking after and maintaining. We cannot be responsible for any damage to an item once it has been delivered.

The cost of retuning an item is your responsibility. We recommend using a recorded or international signed for delivery method to ensure the item arrives safely. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 working days of the item arriving with us.

We do not offer a sizing or alteration service.
